Hired by Lara as a guide to explore the tomb of Seth with her, he soon reveals his true colours as he tries to steal the Amulet of Horus from her. After a high speed chase through the Egyptian desert, it is revealled he is employed by Werner Von Croy, Lara's one-time mentor and rival archaeologist. After escaping the tomb of Semerkhet in Karnak, Lara sneaks up on him and demands to know where Von Croy is headed. He points her to Alexandria as Lara knocks him out and steals his clothes. As Lara sneaks onboard a train, Ahmed is killed by a spiritual guardian in Semerkhet's tomb. Ahmed appears in Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation - first as a NPC in the level Tomb of Seth and later in several FMV sequences.
LARA CROFT.......
Lara is generally presented as an intelligent, athletic, and somewhat reckless English woman of noble birth who travels the world in pursuit of priceless artifacts. Known as both an archaeologist and an adventurer, she frequently ventures into ancient, and often very dangerous, tombs and ruins. In addition to traps and puzzles, Lara encounters a variety of enemies including rivals, gangsters, dangerous animals (including dinosaurs), legendary creatures, and supernatural beings.
SETH.......
The Egyptian god Lara freed during TR IV. She must work her way through the tombs to imprison him again!
SEMERKHET.......
A high priest of the Egyptian sun god Horus. He helped Horus in imprisoning the god of evil, Set (or "Seth" with a silent "H"), and leaves many warnings behind in manuscripts on those who may inadvertently free him, as what to do if to stop him if it were to happen. Semerkhet appears through various FMV sequnces throughout Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation as well as provide voice-overs for some of the cutscenes.
WERNER VON CROY.......
When Lara was 16, Von Croy took her on a journey to Angkor Wat in Cambodia for her very first adventure in a training level at the start of the game in Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation. Werner wanted to find an old artifact "Iris" which was hidden in the temple. His leg was hurt during the search and he used a Jackal Walking Stick afterwards. Croft reluctantly abandons Von Croy in order to escape (she would have been crushed to death by falling rocks if she tried to rescue him).
They meet again later in the plot, in the present day, now as enemies, seeking the Amulet of Horus. During the game, Von Croy is possessed by Set, making his and Lara's rivalry grow even larger. When he tries to save her life at the end of Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Lara hesitates, as she believes he isn't trustworthy, and is apparently killed, and the game ends with Von Croy paying his respects to her.
Sergeant Azizus.......
Although badly wounded, he shows Lara how to deal with the hideous creature guarding the entrance to the Citadel. He appears in several cutscenes in Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation for the Cairo levels.
